Oregon Shorebird Festival
The Cape Arago Audubon Society brings you the Southern Oregon coast's premier birding event.
Join birders from around the country for birding and habitat tours. These include a pelagic trip more than 30 miles offshore, paddling trips by kayak and canoe, and land-based field trips throughout Bandon, Coos Bay and Charleston.
Speakers include Noah Strycker who will share highlights from "Birding Without Borders," his adventures while breaking the world-wide Big Year record in which he found over 6,000 bird species. Other activities include art and photography displays and classes.
