We are so happy to have Anne guide our businesses on the ins/outs of applying for significant tax credits.
The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and its updates are part of the COVID-19 legislation. The credit is for employers whose businesses were affected by COVID-19 at any time from March 12, 2020 through the third quarter of 2021. If an employer was eligible for the credit during the entire eligibility period, the credit could be as high as $26,000 per employee! This is money back in your bank account. Join her to learn about eligibility requirements, how to calculate qualified wages, and how to claim the credit. The time period to claim the credit starts to phase out in July 2023!
