Event Description:
Cape Arago Audubon Society, Coos county’s local National Audubon Society chapter, invites you to join us at our next monthly program. We are meeting on Wednesday evening, December 13th at the Community Center (The Barn) in Bandon at 7 PM. Terry Wahl will be presenting “A Mix of Conservation and Resource Uses” on the Wahl ranch north of Cape Blanco in Curry County. We will also be providing details on the Coquille Valley Christmas Bird Count scheduled for Saturday, December 30th. This count includes the area from Bandon all the way inland to Coquille, Johnson Pond and Arago. The Bandon area runs from Beaverhill Road down to Two Mile Road. Both land parties and home feeder counters can participate in Audubon’s 118th Christmas Bird Count.
